Backed by 1 Year Warranty
We design our jewelry to last and guarantee our jewelry for 1 year. If in the unfortunate event your Valley Rose jewel breaks in under 1 year we will cover repairs of your piece as long as your item does not show signs of heavy wear and mishandling. If the piece has been damaged in a manner that is outside the warranty year we will repair it at a discounted rate plus the cost of gemstones or gold. We cannot cover accidents with repairs made by another jeweler.
Valley Rose pieces are not guaranteed against general wear and tear or accidental damage made by the customer. Gemstones are also not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear from daily wear.
We recommend purchasing jewelry insurance to cover costs of repairing your piece for general wear and tear, stone chips, prong repairs, damage, loss and theft.
If you have received an item that is defective, we will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you free of charge. Please contact us for more details: info@valleyrosestudio.com.
Returns and Exchanges
Made to order "bespoke" engagement rings, custom orders or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.
Since we custom make each engagement ring from scratch returns are not possible. We do our best to offer our expert assitance beforehand to ensure you will absolutely love the ring you order. Our customers are very satisfied with our exclusive 3D print try on service. This lets you order an exact replica of the rings you want to try and lets you see all the details, check for sizing and ensure the scale of the center stone is perfect. Click here to order yours!
Returns or exchanges for all other jewelry designs can be made within 14 days after receipt of delivery.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Valley Rose Studio purchase. Returns for non custom pieces can be made within 14 days after receipt of delivery and item returned in original unused condition. Items must be unworn and have all original packaging included. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange unless authorized.
Due to the high cost of covering insured shipping for fine jewelry, all orders sent back for a full refund will receive a 5% restocking fee (domestic orders ) and 7% restocking fee (international orders). If you would like to exchange your item to another item of equal or greater value, no restocking fee will apply.
